Description: The Eastern Mediterranean consultative process has been put in place to attempt to capture the status of health research in the region and, in so doing, present a regional ‘voice’ to the International Conference on Health Research for Development (Bangkok,2000). Ten countries participated in the consultations. This report reflects the outcomes of the consultations that took place in Jordan.
