Description: The COHRED Biennial Report 2003-2004 provides  detailed insight to the strategic directions of the organization following the appointment of the new Director in 2004. The report illustrates how COHRED’s revised mission, vision, organizational structure and strategy coincides with its firm intention of consolidating and expanding its role as an enabler and partner of low- and middle-low income countries in the establishment and strengthening of their national health research systems and institutions.  The reader will observe that COHRED’s  pillars of work – action, research and development, and advocacy-  as well as its working principles and values, remain essential for making health research work …for everyone.
