Human Resources for Health Research: An African Perspective

Knowledge Translation - Young Professionals Project

A special feature of the Nairobi HR-HR expert meeting in July is a knowledge translation exercise, that will capture and synthesize the key messages and findings from the Nairobi expert meeting. This project is led by COHRED, Afri-Afiya and Makerere University with a team of five young professionals in research communication and from Kenya and Tanzania.

As a part of its preparatory work, the team has been reviewing information and useful resources on areas related to HR-HR. This information will be made available on the HR-HR website as a reading list.

This initiative is supported by Research Matters, the Knowledge Translation programme of IDRC-Governance Equity and Health and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation www.idrc.ca
